ULTMECHE Overview
How did ULTMECHE get started?
ULTMECHE was ultimately started to give those that don’t come from a target background a chance. Those that didn’t go to ideal schools, have lower GPAs, or didn’t have the resources to get the best possible background.
We’re here to give you a chance to compete against those who went to top schools or have high GPAs.
What are all the services does ULTMECHE provide?
ULTMECHE provides premium engineering resume reviews, engineering resume rewrites, mock interviews, cover letters, and LinkedIn Optimization.
Do you only cater to mechanical engineers?
Although we mostly cater to mechanical engineers, we do review engineers in other disciplines such as civil engineers, environmental engineers, chemical engineers, electrical engineers, and even software engineers.
What salaries are your engineering clients offered?
We’ve had a wide range of clients get salaries from starting from $75,000-$130,000+ for engineers.

Note – even if its not an engineering resume or service, just purchase the service itself and we will cater towards your specific industry or job function.

Do you do discounts for your services?
Unfortunately, no.
We are extremely busy, so these cost reflect what allow us to provide clients with a quality resume.
We do offer buy now pay later services for those in need, see above.
How many clients have you served?
We have officially served 100+ clients regarding engineering resume reviews, engineering resume rewrites, engineering cover letters, engineering mock interviews, and engineering LinkedIn optimizations.
As we stated above, we are not limited to engineering resumes and we do provide services for other industries such as business, finance, management, healthcare, retail, etc.
How many job applications do I need to submit to get a job?
You will need to submit hundreds. It’s the name of the game. We’ve all been there before where we’d have to submit hundreds of resumes, just to hear back from a recruiter.
Can you guarantee me a job?
We can’t guarantee anything. However, using the ULTMECHE framework, clients have been able to secure six figure incomes and juicy pay increases.
We won’t treat your resume any different than our other clients who have been successful, so who says you won’t be able to get a job?
How long should it take to hear back from a job application upon using one of the ULTMECHE resumes?
Provided that you’ve submitted a good amount of applications (in the hundreds range), you should expect to hear back from a few recruiters within two weeks.
If you don’t hear from a recruiter within two weeks, something is wrong with your resume.

How do I buy a resume writing service with ULTMECHE?

How does the engineering resume service work?
Once you submit the order and attach your contact details, we will reach out to you. Be prepared to send out your existing resume along with the job description that you’re looking for.
The Step by Step on how our resume service works:
Step 1 – Submit order
Once you place an order, wait for an email from us.
Step 2 – Send your resume
Send over your existing resume and job description.
Step 3 – Initial Draft with Feedback/Comments in work
The clock starts ticking – we will get you your complete resume within 7 days, provided we have all of our inputs we need from you.
Throughout the order, it’ll consist of back and forth communication.
We will expect you to reply promptly for any additional information regarding your background that we’ll need to include on your resume.
Within a few days, we will send you an initial draft of your resume.
This will likely consist of us reviewing and making recommendations from a quantitative standpoint.
Step 4 – You reply to my comments
You go through my comments and reply to each and every one of them. This info will be used to create a world class resume for you.
Step 5 – Back and forth process continues
The back and forth process will continue for a few days. I will be making edits to your resume and sending them out to you as different revisions.
Step 6 – We deliver your resume in a Microsoft Word or PDF file
ULTMECHE will deliver you your finished Resume in a Microsoft Word Doc and PDF file within 7 days or until all of the information required is captured.
Step 7- Order closed
Order is closed. Any subsequent revisions made will have to be done by you or you will have to purchase one.
Do you do resume reviews or rewrites?
We do both. Highly recommend you just go for the rewrite, as the price difference is not that much more.
Cover Letter FAQ
Do you provide cover letters too?
Yes, we do write cover letters.
What do your cover letters focus on?
Our cover letters will capture:
- Your relevance to the position macroeconomic/business manner **Important**
- High level summary of your projects and accomplishments
- Your skillsets as they pertain to the job

Mock Interviews FAQ
How do mock interviews work?
Once you place the order and submit your email/phone number, we will reach out to you and schedule an interview within a week or based on your availability.
We’ll be flexible for you so we’ll find you a slot.
We accommodate time zone differences too, with enough preparation.
What software do you use for Mock Interviews?
Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Most of our Mock Interviews are done through Zoom.
Do you offer a buy now pay later option?
Yes, we do accept the buy now pay later option for interviews.
What type of questions do you ask?
The mock interview consists of two parts – behavioral interview questions and technical interview questions.

LinkedIn Optimization FAQ
How does the ULTMECHE LinkedIn Optimization service work?
Once you submit the order for a Linkedin Optimization, we will reach out to you via email/phone.
Send us your LinkedIn URL, and we will print out an existing PDF and make redline mark ups on it.
Will you login to my LinkedIn and make the edits yourself?
Due to security reasons, we will not be logging into your account.
Career Consulting FAQ
Do you do career counseling?
Yes, we offer career advice for anyone – students, interns, engineers (entry level, mid level, senior level), managers, or even executives.
Engineering Internships
I have no engineering experience – is it possible for me to graduate and get a job without experience?
Yes. Follow our formula regarding how to write a resume for engineering interns and you’ll be set.

I come from a non-target / state school, can I get a job at a prestigious employer?
Yes. Although the odds are stacked against you, it is still possible.
Focus on the following
- Get as high of a GPA as you can while you’re in school
- Be involved as much as possible in your collegiate engineering community (BAJA, Formula SAE)
- Add projects
- Learn and develop engineering skillsets
It’s not going to be easy, and you’re going to have to work hard, but it is possible.
How do I get a job with no experience?
The classic – you need experience to get experience.
The answer to this is PROJECTS. Include a PROJECTS section in your resume with relevant keywords and quantitative results/accomplishments and you’ll be golden.
