Before you decide to purchase a resume with us, does your resume have the below?

The ULTMECHE Framework consists of these 3 items in your resume:

There are too many resume services out there that focus on “soft skills” and adding a bunch of corporate jargon.

This is the wrong approach.

Use the ULTMECHE Framework.

What does the resume order workflow look like?

We’re going to outline the details of the resume workflow process with ULTMECHE

Step 1 – Submit your order and expect an email from us

There will be an option for you to input your email and phone number. We will reach out to you for details regarding your order.

Step 2 – Submit your existing resume and job description

Send us an email with a word doc of your resume and a PDF of the job description you want.

If you don’t have a resume, send me the following about you:

  • Education – Where you went to school, major, year
  • Experience – Work experience, employer, what you did, in bullet form
  • Awards – Any awards or accomplishments
  • Certifications – Certifications related to your position
  • Technical Skills – HARD skills such as software (CAD, FEA, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.

The above is a good baseline to start, and I will request more info from you as I see fit.

Step 3 – Wait to receive our initial draft

We will take the resume that you sent us and tailor it to the job description.

Step 4 – Reply to my initial draft comments

Now it’s your turn to do some work. This resume writing process will both be a collaborative effort between you and ULTMECHE.

You will need to reply to our comments so we understand your experience from a quantitative standpoint.

Demonstrating quantitative results and accomplishments is a must on your resume.

Why?

Because they show the business impact that you have on the company.

Step 5 – Receive 2nd draft

After you reply to our initial draft comments, we will do another screening from a keyword point of view.

We will ask you if you have specific skillsets that will aid as keyword implementation in your resume.

This will get you past the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software that employers utilize.

Step 6 – Reply to second draft comments

Similar to Step 4, we will need you to respond to our comments regarding keywords relevant to the job description.

Step 7 – Repeat the back and forth process as needed

After our initial resume screening processes, we will go back and forth as needed to craft you a killer resume.

You will have unlimited revisions throughout the 7 days allotted to the order workflow.

We will deliver the resume to you within 7 days, so any revision after that will incur a cost.

Step 8 – We deliver you your Resume in Word Doc & PDF

After we have all of the information from you, we will deliver your resume in both a Microsoft Word Document + PDF.

Step 9 – You review and accept the delivery

Review and accept the delivering, in writing, by emailing ULTMECHE.

Once you’ve accepted the delivery and 7 days has passed, you will need to pay for any additional revisions.

Now go ahead and take your resume, and start applying for hundreds of jobs.

Tailor the resumes to specific jobs as needed, but it is more time efficient to have a general engineering resume for applications.

Keep in mind, it’s a numbers game.
